Verde Village is a Master Planned Community located in Ashland, Oregon. The development consists of 53 passive solar lots orientated to maximize use of the sun’s energy for heating and cooling of living spaces. The homes were built using passive solar technics and are photovoltaic (solar power) ready. Housing types range from 1100 square foot cottages to 2000 square foot residences. Home construction began in Summer 2016.

Verde Village is intermixed with open spaces, including Ashland Creek on its eastern edge and the Ashland Dog Park on its northern edge. Verde Village is made up of two phases with Phase I consisting of 24 attached and detached cottages. Phase II will consist of 29 single family residences scheduled for completion in 2019.
